Hello folks, how are you? I am pretty great on this end. This was Halloween with a few things left out because I gotta keep some stuff for myself, right? I hope your holidays are good. I personally think Thanksgiving is a load of crap, but it is an excuse to see my family and friends, who are super super amazing, so I just extract the other meaning out, with a pipette of justice!
Have you been listening to good music like a happy human does? I have listened to "The Grand Conjuration" by Opeth in my car a lot, and lots of Mice Parade, Destroyer (I hetero crush on you Dan Bejar), Vampire Weekend (Zack, search these cats out! Yes you, Zack, now! GO!), etc.
Also listening to a band called Yeasayer who may or may not live up to their hype. I am on my 5th "all the way through" listen to the album and still am deciding. The song "Sunrise" is spooky and good, and I love the tune "Red Cave". I feel like other bands have done this sort of thing (Akron Family) and also I am do not get all cult like about these freak folk bands like some of their fans, chicks showing up to shows in summer dresses and babushkas, we're in the 21st folks, let's wrap it up.
